US strike kills civilian man in Somalia – Al Shabaab

MOGADISHU – Somali armed group al Shabaab claims the man, who was killed in US strike in the vicinity Toratorow was a civilian, a travel agent, identified as Ibrahim Abdi Gab Osman.

The group says two missiles hit Osman home in Kala Go’ow village near Toratorow town, leaving him dead, but his family survived in the bombing.

The group denies to have lost a fighter in the strike carried by US military in coordination with the government of Somalia.

The US says it had killed an al Shabaab fighter in the air raid.
