UAE warns citizens against risks of travel to Somalia

MOGADISHU – United Arab Emirates  has cautioned its citizens “to carefully consider” travelling to 13 countries, including Somalia, citing persisting “terrorist” threats, amid strained relation Abu Dhabi and Mogadishu.

The travel warning, issued by Emirates’ Foreign Ministry has warned travelers to steer clear of some countries due to reasons ranging from politics to security and health concerns.

The UAE made the announcement in line with countries in which its citizens are warned of.
