Somaliland President Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi (Irro) has flown to Doha following an official invitation from the Qatari government.
His delegation includes the Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Interior, Presidency, Religion, as well as senior advisors, according to a statement seen by Mareeg Online.
President Abdirahman Irro is scheduled to meet senior Qatari officials to discuss bilateral relations and regional issues.
The talks will focus on maritime security in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden.
This visit marks the first time a Somaliland President has officially traveled to Qatar for diplomatic and bilateral talks.
