Somalia’s semi-autonomous state of Puntland has issued an statement regarding latest fighting in Tukara area, killing dozens of people, including soldiers from Somaliland and Puntland.
In statement, Puntland has accused Somaliland of starting Tuesday’s fighting in the disputed area of Takaraq in Sool region, north of Somalia.
