MOGADISHU — Somalia has strongly condemned Israel’s recent airstrike on residential buildings in Doha, Qatar, calling the attack a clear violation of Qatar’s sovereignty.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs described the strike as a deliberate targeting of innocent civilians and a breach of international laws and norms.
The Ministry urged the United Nations Security Council to take immediate action to halt such hostile acts and to ensure the protection of civilians in the region.
Somalia also emphasized that these attacks threaten both regional and international peace and security, and expressed solidarity with Qatar and its people.
