The major roads in Mogadishu are submerged under flood waters following heavy rains on Friday evening in Somali capital Mogadishu

The rain cut off roads in the capital, as supermarkets, shops, and schools were flooded, according to local residents, who spoke to Mareeg Online via phone.

Hussein Mohamed, a rickshaw driver said that roads in the area had been impassable, with motorists could not use on the roads being affected by the rains. poorly constructed Mogadishu roads are falling apart and causing too many accidents.
