Somali soldier faces firing squad

MOGADISHU, Somalia – A Somali soldier will face a firing squad for killing a civilian man in Baladweyne town, some 300km north of the capital, Mogadishu.

Mohamed Ibrahim Ahmed was sentenced to death after he convicted of murdering a civilian, said in a statement released by a military court in Mogadishu.
