Somali president receives credentials from Belgian ambassador

The Federal Republic President of Somalia, Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo has received credentials from Belgian ambassador Nicolas Nihon.

The President and Ambassador Nihon discussed on bilateral relations and constructive cooperation between the two countries.

The two friendly peoples were reviewed as well as efforts to strengthen the security improvement in Somalia to achieve development, according to Somali Foreign Ministry.

The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Somalia, Mukhtar Mahad Daud, says he received a copy of the credentials of the new Ambassador Nicolas Nihon.

Belgium is a friendly and supportive country for Somalia.
