Somali PM arrives in Djibouti

Somali Prime Minister Hassan Ali Khaire and his delegation arrived in Djibouti on Wednesday following an official invitation.

visit to Djibouti where he will meet the President of Djibouti, H.E. Mr. Ismaïl Omar Guelleh.

PM Khaire was warmly welcomed by his Djiboutian counterparr Abdoulkader Kamil Mohamed and Chargé d’affaires of the Somali Embassy in Djibouti, Abdirahman Mohamed Hirabe.

Mr. Khaire is scheduled to hold official talks with the President of the Republic of Djibouti on ways to enhance joint relations between the two sides and discuss issues of common concern.

The delegation accompanying the Prime Minister of Somalia included the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Ahmed Isse Awad, Minister of Post, Telecommunications and Technology, Eng. Abdi Anshur Hassan, State Minister for the Ministry of Defense, Mohamed Ali Haga and a number of senior advisers to the Prime Minister’s Office.
