Hayward, 27, who signed a four-year, $128 million contract in the offseason with the Celtics, was trying to convert a lob pass from Kyrie Irving when he and James collided.

Bulls’ Mirotic suffers fractured jaw in fight with team mate
Chicago Bulls forward Nikola Mirotic suffered a fractured jaw and a concussion after fighting with team mate BobbyPortis in practice, the NBA reported on its website on Tuesday. The Bulls said Mirotic would likely require surgery and they were considering disciplinary action over the incident.

Nadal withdraws from Basel with knee problem
World number one Rafa Nadal has withdrawn from the upcoming Basel indoors tournament due to a knee issue, the Spaniard has said. With the ATP Finals coming up next month, Nadal said on his Facebook page he had made the decision to pull out of next week’s Basel tournament after getting medical advice.
