President declares Somalia is in a political crisis  The President of the Somali Federal Republic, Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, declared that the country is in a ‘political crisis’ after can tensions have mounted and related tribal clashes erupted in many parts of Somalia.


President Mohamud strained that the tribal tensions in Lower Shabelle, Middle Shabelle, Hiran, Galgaduud, Mudug & Jubba regions have put the country on the brink of erupting into further anarchy after clans are consistently interfering into national politics.


“The only way we can solve these clan dilemmas from creating further difficulties is for legislators to pass a political law in parliament.” Said the President


Furthermore, lawmaker Abdullahi Jamac claimed that he and majority of Somali legislators are committed to stand by the decision that the Somali Federal Government have decided to officially and legally recognize the 3-region South Western State of Somalia.


“The constitution of the administration is required to be based on the needs of civilians, the request of the civilians are not being listened to, and so all matters pertaining to the 3, 6 and 2 regions SW state are unnecessary.” Said MP Jamac


To conclude, the lawmaker who is the Chairman of Parliamentary Economics Sub-committee said that he is for the decision adopted by the government.
