And Vincent Zurzolo won’t be arriving empty-handed.

That includes the Batman #1, X-Men 1, the first appearance of Deadpool in New Mutants #98, the first Spider-Man, Amazing Fantasy 15, and thousands more of great value and interest.
“Superheroes are universal,” says Zurzolo. “Everybody loves Deadpool, Batman and Spider-Man.” The COO of Metropolis Collectibles, the world’s largest dealership for vintage comic books, Vincent Zurzolo, fresh off the London premiere of the Impossible Collection. The Impossible Collection, is one of the world’s finest vintage comic book collections, is owned by Ayman Hariri. This started off as a collection of characters that Ayman loved. Batman was the first, but Superman became a priority after the death of his father. The crown jewels of the collection are the two highest-graded copies of the first appearance of Superman in Action Comics #1 from 1938. Details of the upcoming tour and the collection will be available through Hariri’s “True to Life” social media app Vero.
“We scour the earth to find vintage comics. It’s my passion and I feel fortunate to be doing this for over 30 years. We have so many great clients, collectors and investors in the region, who are incredibly passionate about comics and comic art. Deadpool, Wolverine, X-Men, Captain America, Spider-Man, Superman, Batman, Archie and Donald Duck will all be on display.” Middle East Film and Comic Con (www.mefcc.com) will run from April 7-9. The Dubai Culture and Arts Authority designated it a key event of the Dubai Art Season.
