Deputy district commissioner of Baladweyne convicted by Military Court Baladweyne, the provincial capital city of Hiiraan, the Military Court convicted members of the Somali governments’ forces in Baladweyne and the deputy-commissioner of the district, Abdullahi Mohamed Omar .The hands him 15 years in jail.
