Sub,The Citizen of Jammu Kashmir Seeking Attention to United Nation on Present Human Rights Situation of Indian Administrative Jammu Kashmir.
Excellency:
On behalf of Kashmiri Diaspora living in Europe With this open letter expresses deep concern about the Gross human Rights violations and Massacre of the innocent Kashmiri civilians at the hands of Indian security forces in Indian Administrative Jammu Kashmir and wants to draw your immediate attention the U.N. role for stopping this bloodshed in Jammu Kashmir; we draw your immediate attention of present incident of Sirnoo village Pulwama district of South Kashmir where 13 civilians were killed and above 200 hundred were injured when Indian Security Forces opened fire to disperse an unruly crowd that had gathered near the site of an encounter on 14th December 2018,
We also draw your attention of UN Resolutions on Jammu Kashmi;Implementation of UNCIP Resolution of 13 August 1948 and United Nation Charter Article 1,
(The Purposes of the United Nations are To maintain international peace and security, to take effective collective measures for the prevention and removal of threats to the peace, and for the suppression of acts of aggression or other breaches of the peace, and to bring about by peaceful means, and in conformity with the principles of justice and international law, adjustment or settlement of international disputes or situations which might lead to a breach of the peace;
To develop friendly relations among nations based on respect for the principle of equal rights and self-determination of peoples, and to take other appropriate measures to strengthen universal peace; To achieve international co-operation in solving international problems of an economic, social, cultural, or humanitarian character, and in promoting and encouraging respect for human rights and for fundamental freedoms for all without distinction as to race, sex, language, or religion; and To be a center for harmonizing the actions of nations in the attainment of these common ends),
We the people of jammu kashmir are part of the world according to the preamble of the United Nation Charter.we the people of jammu kashmir demand our birth right unconditional and un limited right of self-Determination according to United Nation Charter and withdraw of all foreign forces from all parts of Jammu kashmir,

The Kashmir issue has been pending on the agenda of the Security Council since 1948.when India took kashmir issue in United Nation on First January 1948,
When the case of jammu kashmir and its future was discussed in United Nation Security Council both India and Pakistan Promised the Kashmiris to protect their lives their liberties and dignity;At that point,an agreement took place between India and Pakistan,endorsed by the United Nations and supported by the international Community that guaranteeing the Right to Self-determination to the people of Jammu Kashmir.
The people of Jammu Kashmir who have never lost hope to the United Nations have since that date sought to freely exercise their right to self-determination.
This denial of the United Nations Charter and thus the denial of the right of self-determination has lead to bloodshed, pain and suffering in Kashmir.we have deprived of our rights.No one will disagree that the Human Rights Violation are taking place in all parts of jammu kashmir.
The people of jammu Kashmir including Gilgit Baltistan and Pakistani Administrative Jammu Kashmir. still continue to hope in the United Nations. They see it working, they see it enforcing UN Chater;they see the United Nations taking leadership roles in various trouble spots of the world,The people of Kashmir believe that the time has come that your Excellency use your good office to: let India and Pakistan know that if talks between these two countries are to mean anything, they must be accompanied by practical measures to restore an environment of non-violence, free from state terrorism If response to the gravity of the situation is intended, we firmly believe that the following measures are essential:
We appeal to you, Excellency , to intervene in the situation in Kashmir under the Article 91 and 99 of the United Nations Charter. It is because, The people of jammu kashmir have been suffering for more then half of the century and are in Desperate need of political,Economic ,human justice and reunification of jammu kashmir.
We place the trust in the statesmanship of the Excellency , as the Secretary General of the United Nations that you will not countenance any attempt to ignore the wishes of the people of the State of Jammu Kashmir and bypass the expression of those wishes of kashmiri people .Kashmiri seeking attention and implementations of 13,August 1948 UNCIP Resolution on Jammu Kashmir.and United Nation Charter,
We trust that your personal involvement in this matter will bring its influence to bear on both India and Pakistan to initiate a peace with which the United Nations as well as the people of Jammu & Kashmir will be associated so as to ensure that settlement arrived at will be based on principles of justice.
Kashmiri nation feels that U.N. has never played the required role for the solution of Kashmir issue and the people of Jammu Kashmir are being left at the mercy of Indian and Pakistan.
The occupational forces on Indian side of the disputed state have unleashed a reign of terror and killings in the entire State of Jammu Kashmir and the draconian laws have been imposed which provide them license to kill or to arrest or to search anybody at any point of time without any provocation merely on the basis of doubt. Your Excellency,70 years have passed that people of the entire State of Jammu Kashmir (JK) are suffering and struggling for the ‘ Right to Self-determination’ but India has been denying this birth right to Kashmiri people with the use of military power and hundreds of thousands Kashmiris have been killed since 1947.After noticing that no amount of oppression can deter the Kashmiris from demanding freedom and right to self-determination, UNO represent the whole world for peace. UNO through its different forums like Security council or General Assembly plays vital role to end the violence in any country, region or part of the world. All the nations of the world have equal right to live their life with freedom and peace.
Mr. Secretary General, you must be aware through media about brutal killing of innocent, unarmed children, youngsters, women and elder people of Kashmir by Indian forces. In Indian occupied Valley of Kashmir, violence of basic human right has been ongoing issue since 1947.
Since July 2016 , killings of innocent people in Kashmir Valley and parts of Jammu Kashmir region, restricting freedom of movement,ban on internet,Social Media,No Religious Freedom,Using kashmiri Civilions as human Sheild,No political space for kashmiri political leadership and freedom of speech by use of brutal and lethal force against unarmed civilians who refuse to accept Indian rule in motherland Jammu Kashmir.Hunderds of civilian protestors, including women and children, have been killed and injured in indiscriminate firing by occupation forces,unprecedented use of untested pellet guns continues, most of them are teenagers injured.Security forces enjoy special immunity against prosecution in J&K under the draconian laws PSA & AFSPA law since 1990.Indian army is using every possible weapon in counter resitance movement.
We are Kashmiri struggling for our freedom and our rights for many years but unfortuantely we have to suffer more and more.We are unfortunate nation which is divided in four parts.
Our neighbouring states promised the Kashmiries to protect their lives ,their liberties, their dignity and make for our liberty .But did quite opposite to their promises. We have been deprived of our rights. No one will disagree that the human rights violations are taking place in all parts of Jammu and Kashmir.The people of Kashmir have been suffering for more then half of the century and are in desperate need of justice and reunification of Jammu and Kashmir.

We appeal to UN to immediately send their fact finding missions in order to independently probe the severe situation in Jammu Kashmir; It is high time for the international community to intervene and stop the genocide of the people of Jammu Kashmir,
