ArcelorMittal South Africa CEO to retire next year

JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) – The chief executive of ArcelorMittal’s South African unit will step down in January next year, the company said on Tuesday.

Arcelor Mittal South Africa, the largest steelmaker in Africa’s most industrialised economy, has approved Chief Executive Wim de Klerk’s request to retire after less than two years at the helm, the company said in a statement.
