Apprentices Depart For Kenya to Train as Air Traffic Controllers

On September 5th 2016, HE the State Minister of the Ministry of Transport & Civil Aviation Authority, Mohamed Isack Osman ‘Fanah’, announced that the departure of 30 apprentice air traffic controllers to Kenya. The group will receive training in the technical aspects of air control and aviation practices and, upon their return, will contribute greatly to the safety and security of Somali airspace.
